Theatre Workshop
2017-2019
Zoha School, Tehran, Iran

Drawing from my own artistic practice, where I transform everyday life into art and blur the boundaries between reality and fiction, I led a weekly theatre workshop at Zoha School in Tehran for two years, working with female students aged 13-15. My goal was to create a space where they could share their personal experiences, transform them into a cohesive play, and perform it themselves on stage.

The result of this workshop series was Do Not Cut My Voice, a play developed over five sessions with 17 actors. The play consists of three episodes, with a total runtime of one hour. As part of the process, I founded the Zoha Theatre Group, where students developed their personal concerns into a unified performance.
