The Museum of Still-Others is a response to Orhan Pamuk’s open invitation to create small and personal museums by turning our homes and stories into 'exhibition’ spaces. The exhibition tells the story of a meeting between two persons, one from Iran and one from Sweden. All objects in the space, separate and together, bear stories of their dramatic and curious exploration of each other’s lives, cultures, and religions. The building itself is a “found object” – one of several objects of this museum.
